Symptomps for STD's? Many anxiety attacks

I had sex (2 months ago) with a woman. The vaginal sex was protected, however she performed unprotected oral sex on me. A few weeks after that encounter, I started to see a spot on my penis, the spots were painless. It was almost like what you see when you pull the hair at the private parts. They went away in a few weeks, however I just noticed had something somewhat similar appearing on my testicles. It is one spot. I must say I have been having rough masturbation lately. The reason I am mentioning it is just for the thoroughness of the analysis.

Meanwhile, I started to have some stomach issues (digestion issues). I had an endoscopy and the doctor found I have hiatus hernia that caused acid reflux. My questions:

* Are the two symptoms related?
* Do I need to check for an STD? If yes, what would be the STD I should take tests for?
* What is the specialized doctor I need to see for that?

Please help me. I am so worried.

Regards,
Albert

I went to a family doctor today. Who checked on me and suggested it can not be syphilis, which is exactly what you suggested and most probably hair flocker issue which is an STD. He took blood and urine samples to check to be certain. I am totally freaked out now since I will know the results tomorrow. I am afraid of genital herpes now. The sore I have is totally painless and I don't feel it at all. Are genital herpes sores painful? Please let me know.

Just to be sure and have piece of mind before you get married go to a free STD clinic in yuor area. i am sure you have nothing. Just know that unprotected oral sex carries a small risk , you should always and and use condoms.

Your risk is slim and none.

Thanks a lot for the prompt response. What's in your opinion I do have? Is it an STD? I am going to get married in about 6 months. Thanks a lot for the help.

Does not sound like either. Syphilis has 1 sore and does not go away and come back in a different spot.

Thanks a lot for letting me know. The spot (bump) I have has become a little white now and may result in a puss shortly. Its diameter is about this much "  " (or 2-3 mm). It is painless and causes no irritation. Previously it was on my penis and went away and now on my testicles. I was doing lots of reading on STD's and afraid it's syphilis or herpes. Please help.

You had protected vagial sex, than you had Safe SEX. Unprotected oal sex carries a very miniscule risk for STDs. I wouldnt worry too much about unprotected oral unless you feel symptoms.

The spots on your penis do not  Sound  STD related.

Anxiety should be your main concern right now.
