protected sex period blood on penis

I had protected sex with a girl that i later found out was on her period, while removing the condom i realized that there was blood on the lower part of my penis, i cleaned it with sanitizer, would that put me at risk of any type of std. First because there was blood second because i used sanitizer to clean my penis and the blood was on the napkin and was rubbing my penis with the sanitizer to clean it. ( I later realized that sanitizer doesnt kill viruses, so what about hep C due to the blood)? This might be stupid question to some i just wanne have a peace of mind.

i was wondering if i had the virus on my penis i rubbed it with the rubbing alcohol, would put me at higher risk because the im rubbing the virus into my skin, or would it have died long before i started rubbing it. I cleaned my penis right after i was done with the alcohol and rubbing it pretty hard, reason im asking is because i contracted warts and i dont know if i contracted herpes from this girl as well...because the last time i had unprotected sex was about six weeks ago that when i got the warts i think, but this last time was 2 weeks ago and that was when i rubbed it with alcohol. i recently started seeing something that looks like herpes with gives out liquid and hurts anyways the only time i would have contracted it would have been that last time. so what do you think, would it be possible to rub in the virus with rubbing alcohol yourself?

And thank you very much

no, menstrual blood doesn't increase your risk of std's.

just plain ole soap and water is all you need to wash blood off of you, no need to use irritating hand sanitizer on your very sensitive genital skin.
