possible infection

I had gay sex the other night for the first and only time.  Total, it lasted less than two minutes before we realized the condom broke (probably at the latter half of the 2 minutes).  I am currently on amoxicillin, is there a real worry I could have possibly received an STI?  I think I'm being paranoid but I just need to know something from a different perspective.

He claimed to have been clean but I don't know 100%.  Would being on amoxicillin help out?

Hi and welcome. Please give more details. You pulled out of his anus and noticed the condom was broke? Well the rules of the game are unprotected vaginal or anal sex is high risk for contracting STD's where unprotected oral sex is low risk. Given your situation, if the condom broke while you were inside his anus and continued back and forth with no protection then there is high risk. Very difficult to make a risk factor here. The usual symptoms of Gono are about 5 days after exposure and consist of white/yellow discharge and burning when urinating. with Chlamydia its about the same time often but is more of an itching in the urethrea and slight discharge. In about 5 days if you have this symptoms you might want to get testes but often also there are no symptoms esp with chlamydia.
