red circle rash on penis

I started to get these red rash on my penis about 5 month ago.. They come and go, they arent bumpy at all. itch a littlethen they go away. I can still see them the next day about less red, no bumps, no puss coming out, my pee does not burn... Last time it triggerd when I had sex, I went to see after I was done and a red spot showed on my shaft. next day it was gone but still scarred? I used lotion to masmasturbate 2 nights ago, next day I went to pee and I saw like 3-4 new red spots?!?! I thought it could be yeast from the girl I had sex with.. Any ideas??

I should make my post more clear, sorry I was on my phone. I got this one red circular dot on the shaft of my penis about January. It was peeling and I thought it was just dry skin. It was very cold in my room and I peeled the skin off. I started to put body lotion and stopped masturbating for about a weekcand it went away. Then I started to just use lotion because my penis would be dry all the time. It hasnt showed up until March when I had sex. I first used a condom, condom broke and I had sex unprotected. I went to use the bathroom and I saw the red dot came back. and then 2 more showed up on my penis head!!! The next day it was some what gone, but leaving a scar... I kept using lotion and it was barely visible. Just last week it showed up after masturbating and like 4 more popped up. I have always used lotion, for this past 2 month. I looked up more info and someone told me to use anti fungal cream but I dont think its working. Ill see a doctor Monday, just seeing if anyone can figure out whats wrong? I never had this problem ever until this year...

are you using body lotion or a good sex lube when you masturbate?

Hi and welcome. You could be right in all your speculations and the only way youll know for sure is to go see your doctor or a dermatoligist. There are a number of things it could be even inflamed hair follicles or a allergic reaction to the cream.
