risks

Hello, about a week ago I had gay interaction with a man. Basically I gave him unprotected oral and he gave me unprotected oral and spit on the head of my penis. I then engaged in protected receptive anal sex. During the anal sex I spit on the condon and gave him oral on the condom for lube and then proceeded with anal sex. About 10 years ago I had random small pimple like bumps on my lower stomach that would come and go and found out my female mate had HPV. I never got tested because we were unprotected and I figured I had it. Two days after my gay encounter my penis burnEd slightly and itched . penis and scroutum seem slightly swollen and wrinkled but no pain during g urination no discharge and no bumps as of yet. When I use anti fungal cream symptoms seem to scale back including swelling. My question is what could I have contracted and could the encounter just have triggered my HPV. The symptoms feel slightly the same.

If you come in skin contact with a wart you can get it where it touched.

Gotcha just asking because I used to randomly get bumps related to HPV but Havent in years. Well this incident could be that I just wiped myself down and then went to work for 8 hours before I got home to shower. I guess I should feel good about no discharge or pain urinating.

Hi HPV does not flare up, you either get a wart from new contact or you dont. If you have irritation in your urethra, oral sex is a risk for gono and chlamydia but you should have a discharge as well. Topical would most likely be fungal.

Thank you. I have had no discharge or visible bumbs. I talked to the gut and he said he was just recently tested. Could his different bacteria flare up my HPV? I have no other symptoms accept an occasional burn between scotum and thigh. No urination pain at all. Could I have been allergic to the condom and having these symptoms Ive had slight discomfort in the stomach but it was my first time having receptive anal sex so I feel like I could possibly just a slight bit of trauma. My ground has been feeling sticky and damped but seems to be subsiding as days pass.

Hi, topical penis irritation after oral sex could mean a yeast infection from mouth bacteria. But with no white discharge or urethra discomfort after a week could mean you did not contract things like Gono or Chylamdia. Testing is most often recommended only with symptoms like those OR if you have a long term partner for their protection.
