three red bumps on head of penis. stressing me out what is it!!

after sex a few weeks ago, maybe a night or two after the actual sex, i had two small bumps on the head of my penis. there is no pain, itching, pus, or anything. no difficulty urinating or pain when urinating. i'm trying to join the military and im wanting to make sure i'm not going to be disqualified.

the first two bumps went down, and the morning after sex approximately a week ago, i had one more, which seems to be going down. i've gone over the disqualifying factors for genetalia and researched each one and can't find a match. what could this be?

thank you :). everytime i looked up what it could be i kept seeing sores as symptome or bumps that rupture to become sores. the two that went down simply shrunk then became flat, were dry and kinda pink, then they were gone

if u used protection its not and STD issue  and i can feel Ur quite anxious the more anxious u are the more Ur gonna feel Ur penis so the anxiety is the cause for the irritation but for the spots its not an STD
