small discharge from penis

I have some discharge from my penis that is crusting around the opening or my urethrea, I have been cleaning it with Hydrogen peroxide and Neosporin over the past few days and it has gotten better somewhat as far as pain goes when i urinate(burning is almost gone now), but it seems to be crusting up more, maybe due to the healing process?

I do have a piercing (had it for the past 8 years) that goes through my urethrea that I might of gotten some soap in when i cleaned a few days ago, would that cause this?

the crust around the tip is almost the color when you get a scrape that doesn't really blead but the epidermis just kinda pusses up, kind of an orangeish clear color.

I wear a condom during sex and not during oral with a female

I do not know exactly where pain would be I have never had it before. Just know that it's a burning during urination.
Symptoms for gonorrhea normally start 2-5 days after the infection but up to 30. NGU 7-14 days but up to 30.

If i were to have either of those, which i do plan to get tested regardless, is the pain when urinating only happen at the tip of the penis? The only reason I think it might be soap related is that seems to be where the soap would of stayed had i not cleaned out the soap well enough after cleaning my piercing in the shower.

Also how long after infection do either of those take to produce the symptoms I have?

Thank you for your reply

It could be gonorrhea or NGU via oral sex. if it is one of these then you need to get treated and so does the woman.
I would go to a Dr and get it looked at and tested. I would not advise using neosporin or hydrogen peroxide.

I should also note that the discharge is slightly sticky but has no smell
