sore throat for more than 2 weeks,

first of all, sorry for my english.
I went to this strip club 6 weeks ago, and i didnt have intercourse with the girl, but i inserted my finger into her, and sometimes i bite my nails, so im worried about the small cuts or something.
then two weeks later, i kissed a girl with a cold sore, and 4 days later i get contracted with herpes, and my full got like a lot of sores, and of course sore throat, a week later, i felt fine. then a week passed, and the sore throat came back, but not that aggressive, i can eat, drink, and talk with no difficulties.
but the sore throat dont go away, doctor say that im a nervous person, my birthday was a month and a half ago, im 20.
and im worried, i get tested for hiv 6 weeks after the masturbation of the stripper, and i got a negative result.
what's happening to me?

No, its been 6 weeks and you have no signs of anything on your hands, so you are fine. The only thing that you could get would be herpetic whitlow, and you would have had symptoms by now.

Your questions aren't dumb, but we can't diagnose you. You need to go back to your doctor.
There is NO chance for hiv here, or for any stds. I know you feel lousy, and I know that gets so frustrating, but its not HIV or an std. You had no risk factors for those.

everything else is pretty normal, i dont have any swollen lymph nodes, i dont have fever, just mild headaches sometimes, i dont have rash, but i have muscle aches, i dont have diarrhea.

the antibiotics are not helping, i got a test of throat today, and the last week i took the elisa, and it went negative, but it was like 6 weeks after the exposure.

There is no chance of HIV from this. None.
I'd ask your doctor for a throat culture, and if that's fine, you are fine. Sore throats can be from many things - colds, allergies, flu, etc., and I'd guess that is what is happening.
