soreness near pelvis after ejaculations

i have  a pain in my left side near pelvis  groin area after masterbating or  sex   and  constant  urination .i ahve  stoped drinking alcohol and  limit  my  intake  of any  liquids i am even trying to lose  weight .i could  lose  about  50 pounds
i have  been to  the  doctor  already  for  my  frequent  urination and  my  urine  was  tested for  a std  came  back  ok no std  he  put  me on some med to stop my frequent urination  and  helped for a while  but  stilll had that soreness  this  is  driving  me  nuts  any suggestions .I also  have  cut  down on my  sexual activities   this  also  has  helped  but  i am not  sure  what the  hell is  going on ------>.............

Its also not a good idea to limit your fluid intake.  That can cause your urine to be concentrated, and thus irritate your bladder and urethra, resulting in more frequent urination.

I am sorry whatever it is causing your ailments does not sound like an STD and thats where everyone here stops.  Please go see a urologist have yourself checked for prostate infection, BPH and cancer.....not that I think you have any of that but they are potential causes of your stated issues.  You may also have a hernia, you can aslo ask them to doa sonogram of your bladder outside of that I have no suggestions perhaps someone else will.  Good luck....all the best.
