i was just wondering what stds can appear 3 days after exposure, i have some sores on my tongue and my tongue is white i also felt burning while urinating my doctor gave me somthing for a uti.. i had uprotected oral sex with a female striper.

It could be yeast. You should follow up with your doc about that. She can give you meds for it if its not clearing up.

well i performed on her and so did she, my doctor saw it and said it didnt look like nothing, she did mention yeast infection though. i was tested for clamydia herpes and hiv,

Did you perform oral on her, or did you just receive it?
Performing oral on her, you could get gonorrhea or syphilis, which wouldn't produce the symptoms you have. If she had a yeast infection, then possibly you have that orally.
If you didn't perfrom oral on her, then what you have is not an std from this encounter.
