worried about hand to mouth risks

Thank you in advance for answering my question.  The short version is that I rubbed a guys penis through os basketball shorts for less than 5 seconds. He was not wearing underwear and his shorts may have had some pre cum on them. I then left, got in the car and drove home. Total of 15 minutes later I get home and start to masturbate without having washed my hands. Really dumb on my part. Anyhow, a couple minutes into it I stuck my finger in my mouth to use some saliva as lube. Just an in and out a couple times with my finger and thumb. Would there be any risk of picking up some herpes, gonorrhea or the chlamydia etc by rubbing his shorts and then being infected with it 15 minutes later by licking my fingers. My hand was certainly dry at that stage etc. Thanks again for reading what probably sounds ridiculous.

Thanks, I need to just relax then and move on. Anxiety is a mofo.

No you did not have a risk. STD's have that name for a reason. STD's are not transmitted through clothes or anything like that.
