stepped on a tack. chances of getting something?

I stepped on a tack today (the kind that you use to put up posters with the round flat tops). The tack pierced my skin in two places on my big toe and one of the places bled. Now I am afraid that I will get aids, hepatitis, tetanus, etc. Should I be worried? what else should I do?

Tetanus does not survive when exposed to air. However you may get an infection, just any cut or wound. Follow normal procedures for cut/wound care. If you are concerned see a doctor.

HIV is not a worry. If you often have this kind of concern you need to read about infections. If this is a chronic anxiety, you should see a mental care professional.

You can not get HIV. HIV and other STD's do not live outside of the body for that long of a time. You really should not worry about it, but you can always go to a Dr and let them know what happened and they will give you the best options.
