strange pimples

in the last few weeks I noticed what appeared to be a pimple in my groin area (in the middle of my landing strip not near the vagina - above it). since i pop pimples obsessively, i tried but it was just a hard mass and didn't produce anything immediately. after a couple of days it did break skin and after a few more days is seemed to pop like a normal pimple producing what appeared to be normal pus. then it formed into an ulcer but i'm not sure if it was immediately. it's healing now with a scab but another one appeared higher up in my hair line and again, same thing happened when i tried to pop it but this time the ulcer appeared immediately after trying to pop it. the ulcers are yellowish/whitish in color and the surrounding skin is red. since i pluck pubic hairs on occasion, i didn't get concerned until a couple of days ago when one showed up on my breast (which isn't all that unlikely for me however again,  it didn't seem like a normal pimple as soon as it was popped it immediately became an ulcer. does this mean syphilis?

God Bless you!!!! I was up in arms about it but I honestly think its a bacteria infection of some sort. I'm going to get it checked out asap. Thanks again!

No this does not seem like syphilis, but for bumps and things like that you would have to see a Dr and have an exam done.

i failed to mention that in the last few days i've had cold symptoms. coughing with increasing phlegm, mild fever, trouble sleeping and a sore throat. everyone in my area is sick lately so it could be unrelated but after reading other posts, i felt it necessary to mention. In addition, I have psoriasis of the scalp and have been under HUGE amounts of stress due to loss of employment (which is another reason i didn't panic about the cold symptoms or sleeplessness) but it flared up really bad so I applied a cream that I've used in the past (not all that often though - maybe 4-6 times within 4 years) and the next morning developed what seemed to be an allergic reaction which quickly got better (not completely gone though) after applying hydro cortisone cream, and taking benadryl as well as started on prescription predinisone. I do believe it could have been a reaction from the cream since some of the patches i applied the cream to were open wounds and bleeding. I also noticed joint pain in my wrist and knees recently which is unusaul for me. thank you.
