swelling node,any causes other then hiv

Hi Docter,
i had unprotected sex with a girl,after two days one lymph node is swelling in the left side groin area.Is it a symptom for hiv.Is there any reason other then hiv.it was gone after two days automatically.Usually many nodes(how much area) are swelling due to hiv.
plz help me.Thx in advance.

As Healthadvisory said:  its not symptoms of hiv, but could be some other STD symptoms, you need to be worried about the fluids and skin contact. Make an appointment with your doctor. If you're too embarrassed to go to your regular doctor check http://samedaystdtesting.com/testing/hiv-testing/ and try to contact a counselor.
You can Google and find laboratory in your area and is confidential.

You need to take care with this unprotected relations, this is serious, don't be moron.... could be worst, and also i recommend that in around 6 month you need to check it put again, just the for the HIV test.
