syphilis

I recently noticed a small bump  (eraser) size on the palm of my hand, the next day my hands had a few blisters as well  as my feet.    that was a few days ago.  they're all over my hands, and my feet.  i went to the dr. and they did a syphilis test and that was neg.  He said as a precaution they would give me 2.4 penicillin in the rear.  My question is .. With the meds being in my body for over 48 hours now, will by rashes start to diminish any time soon (they seem to be on my palms) ,   Had unprotected oral sex once about 4 to 5 weeks ago.

odds are that you would've tested positive if you had it.  the odds of getting it from oral are very low too.

continue to follow up with the dermatologist if your rash it still there a week from now.

i did see a dermatologist (spelling) ,  i've had protected sex and once unprotected oral sex in the past 6 months.  the pictures look identical to syphilis. and the thing is , i've read on the net that early syphilis doesn't test positive.

it's far more likely that it's something non-std related than a std. see a dermatologist for a better work up.
