Somewhat watery blisters around my genital area and some disposed on the body
Hello I am 21 year old Male.
Ok, so I was going to have intercourse with a girl I just had met the night before so I came home and shaved with a razor I had on my shelf for awhile and only used shaving creme on the area no water or whatsoever, as I was in a hurry I cutted myself multiple times in the genital area, above the penis, on the groin and a bit on the side of the penis.
I dried out the blood that was coming out and proceded to meet her, I had unprotected intercourse.. with her not for long time and she gave me oral sex too.
I didn't notice anything weird afterwards, a week later of having intercourse with this girl I went to meet a girl I am "with" for some months, we're not in a relationship, but we're together, and I believe 100% she had no other partner then me, needless to say I had intercourse with her, unprotected and the day after I came home.
After a day of coming home she asked me if I didn't notice anything wrong on my genital area because she had tiny red pimples somewhere on her vaginal area and on her buttocks, I then noticed some pimples on my genital area too but only looked like ingrown hair pimples so I told her I was fine.
After 2/3 days she told me her pimples were gone, but mine stayed and it started to itch as hell, so when I went to take a shower I took a new razer and shaved myself, all was ok, I thought it would be fine.
After that it started to grow and now I have them kinda big, kinda watery, around the genital area, some hurt and it itchs, I wasnt so worried until like 3 days ago it happeared one in the upper part of the leg kinda big, other in the lower part of the leg, a little in my right forearm, another really little on my left hand on the ring finger.
So I am getting really worried.. This are some photos.

Please help me as its not easy to see a doctor around here, mine is sick and they wont consult anyone that hasn't a doctor, and I really dont want to go to the hospital because of blisters..
PS: I have been urinating, masturbating, etc normally, havent found anything wrong with my penis, so I'm really confused if its a STD or a problem of the skin, but I am really concerned with HIV..

Honestly you need to go to a doctor. No one here is medically licensed to help you with that. The pics look pretty bad i wouldnt wait...Also you really should not be surprised that you may have picked up an STD sleeping with both, and im sure more, of these women without a condom. Not smart bud.
