the secondary stage of syphilis ?

Hi guys..

I'm male 20 years old I had sex for six times with prostitutes , so I'm a little bit worried about my status !

in the secondary stage of syphilis should I have many sores or one sore?

all my encounters were protected ( used condoms ) and it's been 4 months since last encounter !

I didn't notice anything , but two days ago I noticed  that there are maybe 3 lines on my Thigh and near my private area there is red Circle ,but it's not Crucifixion it's Flaccid more than my my skin but not clear to me ? may it's something?

I didn't do sport for 7 months and I just worried about my status ? I became fat dramatically since 8 months ago ..

I'll get tested , but I would know about this thing on my thigh ? may it's nature human ?

Thanks.

1st stage sore normally appears at 21 days but up to 90 days. Rash is normally very visible. Hands do not get syphilis, skin is very tough.
