Is this an STD or an infection

About 5 months ago I had unprotected anal sex with another man, he received. And I felt pain in my penis the next day. I went to the doctor, and without testing gave me a prescription for gonorrhea. The pain went away and when I was tested I was fine. 2 weeks ago I had unprotected with a different male who I had unprotected with before. He received, and the next day the pain, frequent urination, and redness on the head of my penis was there again. I went to another doctor got the prescription. Everything went away. After about 4 days after I took the pills, I received oral from a guy. The next day the pain was back. The was some contact where our intimate place touched but no penetration. I went again to another doctor. Got the presciption and it went away. I went on vacation with my boyfriend the day after I took the pills. We had didn't have sex, but we did give oral to each other without oral completion. I was fine. Last night I had oral with a different male, as well as protected anal, he received, did hae intimate contact with his genitals during forplay. The pain was back. I find it odd that I start to feel the pain the next day after these incidents. I don't have discharge, but of course, I usually go to the doctor two or three days after it starts hurting, which is always the day after. I'm confused as to why I've been with so many men in the past and never had a problem, and now in the last two weeks I have lasting pain everytime I'm intimate with someone besides my boyfriend. I've been careful in the last two instances. Could this be something else? I'm at a loss.

Well, it could be inhibiting the growth of whatever bacteria you have, but not actually curing it.

I just don't understand why everytime I take the medication it goes away, but the pain comes back so easily.

I'd get your prostate checked, and get some actual std tests done.  Giving you medication without testing is sloppy medicine.

You also really need to think about condom use.  You are doing some risky things, and you can get HIV even if you are top.
