vdrl fta abs 14 weeks

i am a patient of nephrotic syndrome minimal change taking prednislone 20 mg for 10
years i had  protected sew with a sexworker after 10 days i saw a flat ulcer on my penies
like a peel of skin  it goes away in 5 days i tested for vdrl tpha fta abs and hiv dna test
after 14 weeks  all came back negative my question is are my test reliable i m worried
about therotical concern of immunesupreession durgs

I can't figure out why you are panicking.

Even if your VDRL was a false negative, the FTA-ABS would have found it.

dear madam i my glad to hear ur words but i m in certain phobia that i m not be able to rule out syphilies i want to know is immunesuppressed drug for long time use can make
sercovesion late{ antibodies production DR BOB ON BODY LINE SAID FOR HIV TEST}
or any other effect on humoral immunity. my igG level are low but in normal {lab range 700} due to steroid and nephrotic syndrome  they test igG igM  fta abs which came back negative i m in such a state of mind where i always think about syphilies. my eyes r blurring, decreased consentration,icthing in my ear.plz help me dear GOD WILL BLESS U

Your tests are negative for syphilis.  You've already ruled it out.

Its sounding like this isn't being caused by an std.

You should follow up with your doctor to find out what it is being caused by.

thanks for ur concern i forget to mentioned i test for herpes and chlamadiya antibodies test igg after 60 days
of exposure  it came back negative but i had some rashes very ichting on my lower trunk i showed to my docter he say it is because of steroied not syphilies  i m very worried about syphilies  
is there any other way to rule out syphilies are  an indian plz hep me

You have a real concern, but your tests would be considered accurate.

Its possible you have a mild yeast infection or jock itch- some kind of fungal infection.

You might also want to test for herpes.  Ask your doctor for a type specific IgG herpes blood test.

Its not sounding like herpes, but you probably want to rule that out, in any case.
