Oral stds?

Hello, I had an oral encounter with a woman 2 months ago. I performed oral on her for a matter of moments and then she performedoral on me with no ejaculation. The next day I had a pain in my pubic area down into my testical and went to the doctor a couple weeks later. He said he believed it to be a pulled groin muscle.  The doctor did a gonorrhea and chlamidia test and prescribed me on large dose of zithromax to be sure.  Test came back neg. I  went 2 more weeks and while on vacation I had what I thought was an ingrown hair on my scrotum due to wearing my wet swim trunks with sand in them all day like a fool. Two days later I finally popped the painful area and a small hard grain came out of the sore. After that the sore became a large painful open sore and took a couple weeks to heal. The same day I popped the sore the top of my penis was rubbed raw by my same shorts. Was instantly freaked out and thought of HSV.  This healed in three to for days.
I returned to different doctor an he said could be pulled muscle or intestinal infection and he gave me cipro for 7 days.
Now 7 weeks I developed a slightly sore throat with painful glands then the next week my lymph node on the right side of my groin has became extremely painful.  Also had painful lymph nodes in chest
during sore on scrotum. My right leg hurts and I have pain above my pubic bone as well. As well as eye irritation. Could this be an STD they have missed.
Could the sore on my scrotum be causing this lymph node to heal?
Obviously I have been obsessing over this but find all this extremely
coincidental. Haha. I'm just worried about infecting my long time partner.  Do you recommend any testing? Thanks for listening.

I see nothing that indicates this being STD related and with the negative tests it backs up my 1st thought.

I read your post with Grace, you were tested for chlamydia and Gono a week after your encounter you are not infected with chlamydia or gono... also oral is  not a risk for chlamydia.

You were also at risk for NGU, Syphilis and HSV... how ever oral either way receiving is a low risk encounter. the bump sounds like an in grown hair that you irritated and messed with and you pretty much explained your pants did the rest. Yes your sor on the scrotum could cause your lymph node to swell... any infection will do that.

If you are concerned of HSV then you will need testing 4 months post the exposure.

Stress can cause a lot of unwarrented symptoms, try to relax again you had a low risk exposure
