what is this bump?

In the middle of my scrotum, on that line that runs down the middle, a little to the right of it but basically right on it, there was a bump that felt sort of hard, so i scraped it off with my nail, and the skin stayed raw for a few days. Now a yellow scab has formed and I have put neosporine on it and it gets smaller and smaller everyday, I am worried this is a wart, is there anything else this could be ?

As kdaily said you should see a Dr at this point. It can be a lot of different things.

Today it has gotten considerably smaller again. When I stretch out my scrotum you can see the "wound" is the raw skin having trouble scabbing and healing because the scrotum is so moist and never exposed to air? I now think its not a wart, but somethin else?
