Ongoing condition. Is this related to HIV?

Exactly one year ago I was engaged in safe protected sex with a CSW. Ever since that I'm getting paranoid over the symptoms as I'm relating every symptom to HIV and other stds. So this was my episode I touched her vagina and then boobs. She allowed me suck her nipples for few seconds. That was my incident. Two weeks later I was having scratch throat and dry cough and went to doc who diagnosed it to be allergic rhinitis. I was on medication ever since that by taking inhalers, corticosteroids and ol. I could control the symptom. But it's not going away. I feel like it's coming back. And now I have a depapilated region in the middle of tongue. Doc said its nothing to worry about it's due to a vitamin deficiency. I'm really concerned and stress out for one year.

Why my scratch throat not going away?
Is this anything related to HIV?
Do I need to get tested for hiv or any stds?

Please help!
