worried and confused

Ok I'm worried and confused.  I had a risky sexual encounter over this past weekend with a female massusse.  I recieved unprotected oral from her, performed oral on her, and we had unprotected sex for a couple of minutes.  I know, stupid on my part.   The next day, Monday, I felt tingling in my lips, I felt warm and was itchy on my torso, legs and arms, but no fever as I went to the doctor(not for this) for my blood pressure checks.  On Tuesday, most of the tingling in the lips was gone, felt it a little in the lower lip. My upper left arm feels sore, like when you have a bad cold and feel week. I again felt warm, I bought a thermometer, I was at 98.9.  When I got off work, it was 99.3/4.  Right now, lying in bed I feel warm and sick, but no fever, 98.2/4, depending on which side of my mouth i take it one.   When should I get tested for STD's?

yes, it's wasting your time and money to get any testing done now. wait and do your testing at the appropriate times.

herpes won't present like that and be gone that quickly.

I guess I worried about herpes, since I had the tingling in the lips,  its mostly gone, though the lower lip still tingles occasionaly.     I was thinking about getting a complete panel done now, and in 3 months or so.   Is it overkill to do the complete panel now?  I feel guilty about doing this since I am in a relationship, espically last night since she was trying to get me to have sex,  even though we havent had sex in like 5-6 months

Symptoms are not of a STD.
Gonorrhea and chlamydia-1 week
Syphilis-6 weeks
HIV-3 months
Herpes-3-4 months
