My joint and muscle pains last 2 weeks.I worried
Hi Dr! I am come from china.so my english is not good.I have sex with a sex worker(02/24/2014).
1.I want to konw that how much the risk(get stds) unprotected oral sex(the women do blow job for me) is?
2.which one of stds is the most risk?
When she did that(oral sex),suddenly,her tongue was inside my urethra(Get into the urethra mouth tongue).It's just like penis into the vagina(Tongue into the urethra). I have sex with a condom
When the sex is over,I remove the condom.My fingers get the vaginal fluids.Don 't clean with paper.But I wash my penis and glans in bathtub.Don't wash in shower
After that I have a joint pains on my fingers and toes,Wrist(02/26/2014).Muscle pains on my arms and legs.Especially on my left leg(03/02/2014). And the joint pains last today.The muscle pains may be gone.But I am not sure.
I have glans pain only a few seconds when I wake up(02/28/2014).The second I have glans pain angain when I wake up and have dinner and
go to sleep yestoday(03/11/2014).The third i have glans pain and lymph pain of left thigh at afternoon(03/12/2014).Everytime last a few seconds.But my glans is not swollen.
By the way,the joint and muscle pains if it is caused by anxiety?

By the way,I have chronic prostatitis.But just frequent urination.All the other symptoms after the sex.Especially,the joint and muscle pains.It never happen that before.I don't have a white penis discharge and burning while peeing.
But i have foreign body sensation on my urethral orifice sometimes.I am very worried.

Hi also, its possible to get an NGU from oral but its not something to go to the hospital over unless your having a white penis discharge and burning while peeing. If in your country going to the hospital is like going to a regular doctor then go have your urethra swabbed for infection and urine test. Fairly low risk activity.
