A couple of concerns about safe sex (oral sex, condoms, messing around)

Hi. I didn´t know where to ask, so, my apologies if I´m doing it in the wrong place.

Recently, I learned that a friend of mine from highschool died from tongue cancer, he was 34. I´ve been wondering since then if there is any risk on contracting cancer by performing oral sex to women. Should we always protect when doing oral sex to women? why? HOW?

Years ago, I had sex with an escort and she was changing the condom for a new frecuently, even before I ejaculated? How often do we have to change condoms during sex?

If I use condoms all the time, could I be as promiscuous as a pornstar or James Bond without geting HIV or another STD?

Thank you very much.
