Bleeding and cramping after masturbation?

I am currently 17, and I have been "self-pleasing" for almost a year now. My technique(I guess you could call it) is hand stimulating clitoris and penetration of the vagina. I've noticed off and on about a month ago, I had some light bleeding along with low stomach cramping. I was about to start my period, so I didn't think anything of it. I have recently tried to "test" it, if I only  stimulate my clitoris there is no bleeding, or if I am very gentle with the vaginal penetration, there is no bleeding as well. I'm assuming the bleeding is from me being to rough or something like that. I am just unsure as to what I should do and why exactly this is happening. Thank you for reading this and taking the time to answer!

Thank you for answering! I'll be sure to check it out. I've never used any form of lubrication, and I've never been to an ob before. I'm very shy when it comes to these things, and I wouldn't have anyone to take me.

Hi,
Are you sure you are using enough lubrication?  Ok, if the "tool" you are using is kinda just straight and hard, that could cause some cramping afterward.  Oddly enough, there is an adult novelties group that is on here that has some suggestions about different toys, etc. that you may find interesting.  But the bleeding only after penetration kinda worries me and I would say try and see your ob, especially if you haven't seen one already, it's good to start in your teenage years.  Hope you get it figured out and good luck!
