how can i stop my period just for a day,it started this day,
There is no way you can stop it!!! You can wear a tampon though, which will keep it inside and you can go swimming, climbing or almost anything, apart from having sex. To stop it is like trying to walk to Mars in 1 second..
Instead soft cup has saved me several times when I wished I weren't on my period with practice it's so good you can have sex and your partner would never know AF is there
