GOOSEBUMP-like bumps on the head of my penis
When I squeeze the head of my penis or when it is hard, I see some small bumps/spots kinda looks like goosebumps? i'm not sure if it's red spots or what.. they're just spots. Not itchy. No pain when urinating. Found this out 6 days ago.

I searched it. But most pictures they show are on the shaft of the penis. Mine is on the head. That kinda looks like rashes. But it's not itchy. I hope it's fordyce's spots.
