Ghnorrea

I was watching a programme on TV last night and saw that a male sperm may infect the eye if it came in contact with the eye or it can also cause throat problems. It cause ghnorrea, which can effect both male and female sexual health. Now, is it safe to lick male or female gential organs (you know what I mean).

If the person has an STD, then any sexual activity (involving fluids) with them will have the risk of infecting you with the STD. If the man has no STDs, then his sperm will not cause throat problems. I've never heard of sperm infecting the eye; if the man is carrying a disease, then the disease might infect the eye, but not the sperm themselves. Try looking up STDs and look at how they are transmitted.
