Please let me know.....
Is it ok if I consult any dermatologist or any other particular physician is required.??
Please do reply because am very much concerned abt this problem...
Thanks.
Sampy.
Hello and hope you are doing well.
Understand your predicament. But please post this query in the appropriate forum, you will get a better feedback.
The causes for the lesions on the penile head are dryness, yeast infections, herpes, sexually transmitted diseases, genital warts, allergies and balanitis. They could also be cysts and infected hair follicles. If there is accompanying swelling, redness, discharge and fever it is most probably an infection. You may need to consult your primary care physician who will examine you and may ask for blood tests to initiate appropriate therapy.
Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
Sampy, as you said at first, it could not be an STD.
So a dermatologist would be better suited to treat this, in my opinion.
Wishing you well.

HI Niko,
Thanks alot . And my last question is .. Does its okay if I consult any dermatologist or shud I need to consult any doctor who deals with these genital problems..??
Thanks.
Sampy
It is difficult to get an more accurate answer for all this without having a proper physical observation and evaluation by a dermatologist.
Unscented creams and ointments are always better than scented as they would be more pure and potentially less reactive.
Should you have more concerns, or the symptoms persist, you should
see perhaps a dermatologist.
Wishing you well.

Hi Niko,
thanks for ur reply.
1 more thing I need to say , that I observe these minute pores on inner side of skin. When I enlarge my penis then only I can see them clearly. Will tat ointment be effective..?? you said "but make sure it is unscented! " means what..?? can u come again...
Am having another kind of problem that is, white color discharge also occurs at ring of my penis... Is these pores n white discharge is due to that as am not maintaining cleanliness in tat area or what...??
please do reply sir.
Thanks.........
In my 30s and I got the cream directly from my pharmacist
- who was a friend- in a plain container (no name).
Just ask for zinc oxide ointment and they'll know.
- it is popular for baby skin rash-
- but make sure it is unscented!
Also perspiration could likely exasperate the irritation.
Wishing you well.

Hi Niko,
At which age u had this problem...??
Actually am having those small unclear pores on left n right side on the ring of penis n not on the entire ring.
May I know the name of the ointment that u used..plzzz..
Am not cleaning that area everyday , may b due to tat these pores r formed..
Plzzz do reply ...
Thanks
Sampy....
Hi sampy.
I had a similar problem in my younger days that was not related to STDs.
And I used a Zinc Oxide ointment unscented and without any additives.
That cleared everything up relatively fast.
Good hygiene and cleanliness are very important!
Make sure you're wearing breathable-organic if possible- cotton underwear.
Hope this helps!
Cheers,
Niko
NO I didnt applied any ointments till now .... Now again there are no sores on the ring of my penis.... They r not even sores very very minute pores....
U said the case n abt other areas as well.....wat r those areas...??
STD ?? how can we say tat it is an STD as I never participated any kind of sex with any 1.....
It would be best to see a doctor about this problem, as it may or may not be STD related.
It could be that these sores ARE from friction, or you are having a reaction to something, but if that were the case you would probably see them in other areas as well.
Have you tried applying an ointments or creams to the affected area?
