Herpes and STD scare

hello everyone! i recently had protected sex (condom) with an escort. Her vagina smelled foul but in the heat of the moment i proceeded to have sex with her protected. I asked her if she had any STDs, and of course she said no, but I do not take that as the truth. After completion i took a shower cleaning my genital. The next day i awoke with diarrhea (may be due to drinking of alcohol the same night). No particular symptoms for the next day. For the next few days i masturbated a few times to get my mind off of things. But suddenly I found a tiny (one) sore lump like a pimple on my crotch. I was then scared and proceeded to shave it without lubricants (shaving cream) to have a better look at it. It does not look like pictures from online. However it was a little sore to the touch and was like a pimple. Could it possibly be Herpes? Keep in mind i might have caused agitation to the area while shaving it to get a better look (shave burn). I proceeded to pop the pimple like object and clear white liquid came out (day 3-4). Now today day 5, i removed the scab like object on top of the pimple. the bump seems to be getting better and soreness is almost completely gone. The area in which I had the pimple like object now has a pubic hair growing out of it. Could it be that i have contracted herpes or this could be a razor burn/pimple that I have been worrying stupidly about. I got tested for HIV and the major STDs (Gonorrhea, Syphillis, Clamydia and such..) from planned parenthood just yesterday, but no herpes test was available. HIV test came negative. I cannot stop worrying about whether this bump on my crotch is merely a razor burn/pimple or Herpes. Where can i get tested for Herpes? Please help. Thank You

I had the same issue. I was recently tested for all std's but Dr. dont test for herpes I guess unless u have symptons. Mine looks like a pimple too. I put rubbing alcohol on the pimple and it went down some. Let me know what your dr. says. I'm curious

all tests for HIV + chlamydia + gonorrhea + syphilis came out negative... im going to retest & include Herpes igg blood test at 2 months in to conclude my testings & make sure everything is alright. I was inspected by a clinician for the pimple/herpes scare and indeed she said it did not look like herpes and indeed it was most likely folliculitis because the pimple was right on the location under the shaved region & hair growing directly out of it. Wish me luck for my conclusive tests in a few weeks & thanks for all the support everyone!

i think it was an ingrown hair. if another one pops up soon i would get the herpes test. my boyfriend shaves his neck and almost instantly he gets large bumps and when he pops them or uses tweezers to open them up, he always finds a thick course dark colored hair inside. once he removes (pulls thye hair)  the bump goes away.

you sure your PP doesn't have an HSV1 / HSV2 tests? You might try tstd.org — it has been recommended in various threads over here, but I think it's more expensive than the PP.  BTW, how much did you have to pay to get the above tests done at the PP? What state?
