I'm going to ask this AGAIN....AM I IMPOTENT?!

I'm a 26 year old healthy and recently married male.  About 1 month ago I noticed that my erections weren't as hard and firm as they are now.  To give a complete picture, usually when fully erect, I am unable to achieve full penetration without hurting my wife.  Now that isn't the case.  I currently have a legal prescription for focalin and I re-started that medication in February.  Also on more than a few occasions I wear a constrictive device around my penis to make sure that blood stays there.  Could this be medically related with the medication, due to the constrictive device or is it because everytime I see my wife we have sex multiple times.  I can't even begin to tell you how much this has affected me psychologically.

Not to be rude or facetious, but I looked up the tentex stuff and I don't need male enhancement.  I just need to know the root of the problem.

Hi, It may happen sometimes that erection is not perfect. You donot have to bother much because it will lead to further impotency if you worry psychologically.
I guide you to take a very good herbal Ayurvedic tablets named Tentex Royal by Himalaya ( only cost just 2$ /10 tablets), and it will increase your sexual desire and full hard erection like iron rod.
