21 year old male, some marks around genital area

I have had these white dots all over my genitles for a very long time, probably since puberty but I cannot remember for sure. Definitely way before I was sexually active though. I've never had a problem with them, but once in a while (pretty rare but has happened maybe 3 or 4 times in my life) there will be one that protrudes from the skin and is very irritating. It looks a lot like a pimple, as it has a white head and is red around the bottom of it. The other dots are just white with very little or zero redness. They occasionally itch, but they don't pop or anything as they don't really come up through the skin like the ones I get occasionally.

Right underneath my testicles, closer to my leg but still in the genitles area, I also have another similar white circle. This one also has a lot of red irritation around the bottom of it, and a white head or whatever it is on top. It's pretty painful and extremely irritating. I have no idea what these could possibly be. Right next to that is another painful mark, but you can barely see it and there's no white head like on the others.

What could these possibly be?

But at the end of the day its ok for you ta answer questions but only a doctor can answer yours?

How do I go about contacting someone in order to get it moved? I would like it moved to the appropriate expert forum. Probably sexual health? I'm not exactly sure where a question like this would go. I want it answered by a professional ( a doctor) accurately. So basically I'd like it moved to wherever that is possible. Thanks.

Hi Zs, if you want it moved you have to ask, and you need to tell to where you want it to go, you need to contact the medhelp team, to do this.

I'd really like to get this question answered by a professional/expert on this forum. I see there are expert forums where I can ask doctors questions and hopefully get them answered. When I click on this forum, there's a button that says "Post a Question" and it is very clear and easy to find. When I click on the ask an expert forum (sexuality subtopic) I don't see any way to post the question. How do I go about posting a question so an expert can answer it?

If it would be easier (and assuming there are moderators on this forum) I'd appreciate if a mod, or whoever, could simply move this topic over to the ask an expert forum.

If better quality pictures will help, or a picture of a more specific area that has irritation, please let me know. Thanks a lot for the help. I'm really hoping this gets answered by an expert ASAP.
