Well, wearing protection isn't a 100% way to avoid STDs. There are STDs out there which are transmitted through skin contact, so if your partner was wearing a condom but it only partially covered the shaft you can still get it.
Go to a sexual health expert or a dermatologist.
For a woman, the best person to diagnose and treat this uncomfortable situation is a Gynecologist or a regular doctor will do just fine also. I recommend that you go to a gynecologist and get yourself checked out. It can be anything from an ingrown hair to a possible STD, but it will be necessary to schedule a visit with your doctor who will be able to properly diagnose and treat this problem. Good luck! Judy
