tonsils and penis problem

Hello,
I am Osama from Libya

Last year I noticed that my left tonsil is going down and my penis is curved left and when I get erected I can turn my penis to the left but when I try to turn it to the right it wouldn't turn a bit, it is stiff like a stick from the right side.
Anyways, I went to the doctor, and he said I have vari coselli. I had an operation in Tunisia. The doctor cancelled the old veins from tow openings on the side of my stomach. Now my left tonsil is still hanging down and I can easily feel the veins under it and I think the veins are making a heavy load that causes the tonsil to go down. Also the skin has become very loose.
For your information, my tonsils are small and I still have the left problem with my penis.
I am worried. Please tell my what should I do.
Thank you in advance.
Osama

Varicocele.

testicle?  (tonsils are in your throat).

The skin has been stretched.  Try the athletic type of underwear that holds things in place.
