Tiny red dots on the penis glans

Hi, I'm an 18 yearold male, and I have some small red dots on the glans of my penis. This started last year, when I noticed tiny, but pain/itch/etc. less bumps on my glans after masturbation. They were visible when I was erect, and shortly after cumming, but then I couldn't really see them afterwards. I was a virgin at the time. Now I'm sexually active, with this girl(we lost our virginities to each other) and several times after sex, I've noticed these tiny red bumps (once even before.) After we had sex today, I went to the bathroom to remove the condom, and I noticed the dots, but there were more than usual this time. I came out  after disposing of the condom, and informed her of this, so she wanted to see, but we couldn't find them by this time. Does anyone know what this is? I can tell you some things about it, and a lil' about what may have caused it?

The dots are either on the top side of the glans, or along the edge. They are red, but contain no *****, or filled centers. They do not itch, burn, hurt, or anything like that. As I listed, I've never had unprotected sex, and neither has my girlfriend. They almost always go away in a day or two, but I always have about 3 on the glans(1 on the top, 2 on the side), but they're only visible under close inspection, in a bright room. Now of my condition, I had an ear perforation 6 days ago, so they advised me not to shower; so I haven't. However, I have changed my boxers regularly. Could it simply be a rash, and in the past caused by poor hygiene issues? Could it possibly be an irritation due to the condom? But that leaves me puzzled as it doesn't happen everytime we use this brand, and the bumps in the past. If this is either of those, can someone explain the dots that don't go away?

Thank you.

I think this is normal I have some which sound the same as yours and I showed them to a Doctor who said they were perfectly noraml and harmless.

However if you get the opportunity for your own peace of mind you could get them checked.

relax man, this happens, when you have sex more than your penis naturally can then the tiny red dots show up... its quite normal, but if the red dots are big in size then you should see a doctor. if the dots appear only on erection then its is normal , i tell you the reason why it happens. you might have used a speacial condom which has special liquid that makes your **** senseless in medical terms we call it anesthesia and hence you keep having sex (frictions goes beyond the your ****;s natural ability) so it gets swollen a bit... its just like you go to gym and you work out, when you come out your biceps pain but u feel puffed. so its no problem, just chill and have sex man..
