Low ejaculate volume help!!!!!

I don't know what caused it I used to be able to ejaculate alot atleast 3 times in a row now I can barely ejaculate 1 time and very little comes out.I don't what could of caused this but i'm very depressed cause of it I also have a hard time keeping a erection.I am only 20.I did receive a blow to the testicles 10 months ago I was playin football with my charger in my pocket and a boy ran full speed into me and it hit my left testicle.I had a testicular ultrasound and a urologist felt them up the ultrasound said everything is normal except for a testicular cyst.I also feel tired all the time with no ambition headaches.I also have low vitamin d???

I doubt your problem stems from the blow to your testicle.  If you had severed your vas deferens (the tube that carries sperm from the testicle to the urethra, it would almost certainly have shown up on the ultrasound.  

It's possible that since you were out of commission for a while you're pc muscles (pubococcigeal) got a little weaker.  Have you tried Kegels?  These are exercises to strengthen the pelvic muslces - and they are a part of ejaculation.  Google kegel exercises, and try them.  Maybe it will help.  PS why is having a large volume of ejaculate important, anyway?  It just makes more mess.  If it feels good, that's what matters.  Don't compare yourself to the porn stars.  They take all kinds of drugs and have way too much sex.  Good luck.
