Puberty question...

When I was about 11, 12, or 13 years old I remember humping my younger brother a couple times naked.  I guess it felt good and I was confused about masterbation.  I'm now 26 years old and I'm NOT at all gay.  I've always been interested in women.  What could this have possibly been about?  Does occurences like this ussually happen in young boys at this age?

I'm speaking from experience here... I am a teacher and have seen a lot of things. Little boys showing each other their penis's, grabbing each others penis's as a joke, and have also heard of little boys kissing each other, or drawing on each others private parts. It's all just a part of experimenting, and understanding the human body, especially those parts that are "private".  As well as something along the lines of what you said, understanding sexual desire... it's there even at a very young age.

Yes, it is normal also in heterosexual males. It can be connected with the development of sexual motivation systems in childhood and puberty. One theory says that our sexual motivation system consists of different stages - attraction, approach, courtship, sexual behaviour, coitus etc... and they develop differently, e.g. in children or young boys at the age of puberty, their physical part of sexuality can be develop, they are physically sensitive to sexual stimulation etc, but other parts of their sexuality (the structure of their sexual motivation system) are not mature enough and they fully develop only later. That´s why in childhood/puberty we can experience sexual pleasure also with objects (people, things etc) which do not have sexual meaning for us later in our lives. Our sexual motivation systems "permit" these things before we have developed the fully mature structure of sex.motivation system. That´s why some people can get sexual feelings related to material objects (e.g. toys), animals etc in puberty. We just learn to process the development of our newly discovered sexual feelings, of course it is different from our mature sexual preferences later. Probably some fetishes or deviations can have their root here, if there is an "error" in the development of sexual motivation system. Maybe it is just a speculation, but it sounds interesting. To your question, do not worry, these early experiences do not say anything about your sexuality or orientation.
Have a nice day,
