Let me introduce myself. Im Alex. I live South of San Jose. I am 23 years old. Since i was 10 ive been addicted to internet pornography. My parents purchased a computer for educational aid for my school. When we registed for the 56k Dial up, ive explored online porn.

When I became 16, i obeyed the Lord in Water Baptism. Im a Born again Christian. I am terrified with Masterbation. The Bible talks about Holiness. This will prevent me from going to heaven. I am addicted to this. I tried to quite. Its hard. Im very sad. My foreskin has stretched 8 times its original size; permanently mutilated.

Ive been reading long term dangerous affects on masterbation.

Fatigue. Feeling tired all the time
Lower back pain
Stress / Anxiety
Thinning hair / Hair Loss
Soft / Weak Erection
Premature Ejaculation
Eye floaters or fuzzy vision
Groin / Testicular Pain
fixedly staring and wide-eyed
Pain or cramp in the pelvic cavity or/and tail bone

I will give you some fast facts about this issue you call a problem.

It is perfectly normal for young men to Masterbate. Some do more than others, either way....Nothing at all wrong with it.

In fact there is actually some medical facts that indicate this as healthful for men to do.

I don't know much about the Bible (nor do I care to) but if you are using religion as a guideline for human sexuality, then the info and facts you get will be nothing close to the truth.

i'm a female but since no males answered you yet i'll try to help. where did you read all this? it's not true. what your doing is natural and won't hurt you as long as your not obsessed with it. maybe you should stay away from the internet pornograghy and not masterbate so much that your hurting yourself. i hope this helps some. remar
