I'm wondering if the brown could be from blood. There are lots of things that could cause blood in the ejaculate, but I think you should get this checked out, particularly if the brown color is more than just a little tinge.
when u ejaculate after a long time i.e. after 2 weeks are so, the sperm would be more thick and kind of brownish in colour, not to worry. its normal
