Need help

Okay, it started one day after being sick.  I had never had a yeast infection before but along with this yeast infection, I seem to have cuts on the external part of my vagina.  My boyfriend and I just started having sex, and to say the least, he's very big for me. They burn extremely bad when I try to wash myself.  Is it possible that these cuts are from him? Or is it something to do with my yeast infection? Or is it something else?  This is my first yeast infection, and I'm just really worried and the pain is unbearable.  Please help.

If I have not cleaned my penis good enough or often enough (especially because I am not circumsized) then it can get an infection (which is why I clean it all the time now, like obsessively) and when I get the infection, I get what seems like cuts. It could be the same thing. A doctor is what you need to get the advice from. I can just let you know that it would seem like douching regularly and taking it easy during sex is the best thing without a doctor............you can always try the douche and taking it easy for a week then go to the doctor, or, just go to the doctor. It's nothing to be ashamed of and I am glad you had the courage even as anonymous to speak out. Oh, and if when you douche it really burns, that let's you know for sure to see a doctor.
