Not ejaculating without condom

Hi, me and my wife recently started trying for a baby. We had been using condoms previously for many years and there was no problem. Now that we are having unprotected sex, I find that it takes very long to ejaculate and sometimes I loose my hardness before that happens. We suspect she may have dryness but don't want to use any lubricants as that would affect any chances of conception. Pls advise.

There is a sperm friendly lube You can purchase! I've used it And it has worked twice successively, as I am currently pregnant :) It's called Pre-seed and you can only purchase it online. It has tons of great reviews and is fairly inexpensive. Hope this helps!
