That is both interesting situation and my first thought was that if you had prostate surgery it could have been the cause. Yet if you can ejaculate when you masturbate then it is not the issue. I would be candid with my Urologist and you should be able to gain meaningful insights. In the interim yoga could help!

I had posted a response on Nov 29th, 2015 yet I had one question which is pertinent.

You noted you cannot release or ejaculate ("***") another words you do not release any fluids whatsoever...if that accurate ?

Along that track, do you attain the point where you have the typical feeling of contraction or reflex spasms of a typical orgasim? (Just no fluid output)

In my reading in great detail about various Prostate surgical procedures there are patient's surgeries of a particular types (not surgical errors) where the tube which release seminal fluids during orgasim/climax is inverted into the bladder (in layman terms) and the fluid no longer will follow the typical route through our uretha. Some refer to it as "dry climax" and no way relate to a vasectomy which cut off flow of sperm to join up with seminal fluid being the carrier fluids. For some men it's acceptable since all our feelings are intact. Yet one won't get the fluids which is both visual for many and for some oral gratification for there partner. It takes some getting accustomed to, yet aside from that your intact and physical functional. Keep in mind it's not a surgical mistake but an outcome.

If it is any cause for concern always refer the candid situation to your Urologist. He may have mentioned it post surgical, yet who recalls that detail. We have my compelling conserns at such a point. Fortunately I feel blessed having found a 2nd Urologists which constantly asks me probing questions. If it's not on my "to ask the Doctor list" which is very short... he will extract the answers to his key questions and he's hardly timid!

If all medical suggestions are exhausted one can take help from kundalini yoga. One can find subject of BANDHAS ( yogic energy locks). If these three locks are exercised In the form of MAHABANDH, one may get rid of many sexual problems. This exercise, enhances circulation of groin area, normalizing the function of sexual orgasm.
Breaths to reach Orgsm is also a good technique in which your are asked to breath in three different ways. A couple can exhale and inhale simultaneously, alternatively and in a circular fashion. Google these words and find details. I understand you do not need deep knowledge of yoga to learn the above for the specific purpose.
