Pain after cumming

I have never heard of anybody else having this problem and I can never seem to find an answer for it. After my boyfriend and I have sex and if he comes in me, I go to the bathroom and I have this awful burning sensation. It will linger around for quite awhile too and it's very uncomfortable and painful. The only way to soothe it a little is to take a hot bath. It doesn't entirely make the pain go away but it helps a little. If we have sex though and he doesn't come in me, there is no pain at all. I don't know why this is. He says it's maybe because of the different PH balances in my body? Has this ever happened to anyone else before?

I don't know where you got your numbers from but 2 out of 3 people do not have genital herpes. It is a common STD but not to the ratio you have put it at.

Yes, I would talk to your ob/gyn.  I've heard of cases of women being "allergic" to their men's semen. I'm no doctor but that's something worth checking out.
