Painful sex intercourse during and after

I have been diagnosed many times with yeast infections however they never seem to go away completely, In my relationship, we have a healthy sex life, however most recently (6 months to now) I can not preform because after 10 minutes into sex i have intense pain, it feels swollen, and burning sensation during and after. I have tried to use variety of lubrication, however, it makes it worse. I also have had pelvic screenings and their clean. So what could this mean, and could my fiance be doing this because he's super skinny and I'm a little heavier? I'm also on Depo Provera Injection every 3 months and I do not have periods.

Is your partner getting treated too? If not, he's most likely giving you the yeast infections again. The two of you are probably passing it back and forth. Both of you go to the Dr together so he can be tested. If either of you have it then you will need to be treated and use condoms until the infection is gone from both of you.
