Today I went to see an escort. Yes, there is a test for herpes. And yes, you can get both genital and oral herpes. You can also get gonorrhea in your throat.
I don't know what testing for escorts are in the UK either. I live in the states. If it's legal I would think they would be required to get tested but that may not be the case.
Do you have clinics over there to get testing on yourself done? If so, go ahead and get every test. You can't get HIV from oral sex. You ca get tested for that if it would make you feel better.
The tingling on your lip may be from anxiety. If she would have had herpes you would have seen the sores. But, if she was getting ready to have an out break you would not have seen anything.

You can't get HIV this way but you can get oral herpes. You said there were no signs of her having an STD but it would'nt hurt for you to be tested.
