Rash within 12 hours of unprotected sex.

I had unprotected sex for 2 or 3 hours last night and when I woke up I noticed a rash on my pubic area, lower stomach, and thigh.  Also my pubic area is really sore.  The rash is red and has a few whiteheads.  Im sure the soreness is from the sex, but am really worried about the rash.  If anyone has any insight, concerns, or answers please let me know.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Since the rash has whiteheads, it looks like folliculitis skin. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream prescribed by your doctor and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful.  Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful on the bumps. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Go see a doctor.  Rashes really need to be seen in person, and even if it's not an STD, you could have gotten something nasty from simply being in close contact with him.  Hopefully it's just something like he had really greasy skin that made you break out, but you need to see a professional about this.
