I belong to a large online community of people who practice sadomasochism. Since this is breast cancer awareness month, the subject of breast bondage and breast torture has come up. Are there any known cases or any reason to suspect that this form of play could lead to breast cancer or any other medical issues. We like to think of ourselves as a supportive and informed community, and we believe in safe, sane and consensual practices, but nobody seems to know the answer to this question. Thanks in advance.
