I have two small spots on me penis

I have had two small spots on my penis that went away and came back and have now been there for about a week. They don't have any liquid and don't look anything like all the pictures of STDS I have seen online. They burn a little and I'm freaking out, can someone help me and tell me what this is? I do not have insurance and cannot afford to go to the doctor right now.

are they red spots? i had them a while back and the derm doc says its was from some meds i was taking. He said the end of the penis is where many allergic reations show up. He gave me some cloderm cream and went away in 2 weeks. Maybe they are burning because you are irritating them by touching them.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
A clinical evaluation is very important for accurate diagnosis. The type of rash, size of rash and any other associated examination findings are important for a correct diagnosis. Red bumps on the penis could be due to folliculitis or any boil. In herpes the rash is blistery, ulcers that appear as sores or open wounds. There may be fever, malaise and enlarged lymph nodes in the groin. It doesn’t seem that it could be due to herpes. The penis is very sensitive and friction can lead to these bumps. Refrain from sex till you recover completely. Use a condom and avoid unprotected sex.Application of a topical antibiotic like Neosporin might help. If the symptoms are severe get it checked. If you have history of unprotected sex get evaluated for STDs also. Treatment as appropriate based on examination findings and investigations results would be started to help you control the symptoms. Hope it helps.
Best luck!
