What's wrong with me?

I've recently stopped taking my birth control (Yaz)
On accident, of course.
I got my period at the end of January (as usual) and forgot to get my prescription refilled in the beginning of February. It's now been about 2 weeks, give or take, and I've been experiencing a lot of changes.
My pelvic area is swollen and I'm in a constant state of nausea. No food sounds good and when I am hungry I only a little bit before I'm full. My back aches (especially my lower back) and I'm almost always tired.

Does anyone know if this could possibly be my body reacting to the lack of the birth control hormone? Or is something else going on?

Any information would be great.
Thanks.

Thank you.
That's what my boyfriend and I believe it is.

I have an appointment with my doctor set up as well.

Your guess sounds like the most likely cause - your body is adjusting to the lack of hormones it's gotten accustomed to from the birth control pill. It might not hurt to check with your doctor to make sure that's all it is. All I know is that those hormones can have a tremendous impact on your body. Hope you feel better soon!
